What youll do

Overview : We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Adoption Specialist who will be responsible for curating enhanced customer onboarding journeys and driving the successful adoption of the Whatfix product with our clients. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of this platform with excellent communication skills to ensure effective delivery and support.

In this role you will :

• Work with our global customers to identify their target audiences training needs acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency when onboarding our customers.
• Consult ideate and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our customers using the Whatfix Product Ecosystem. Create Content using the Whatfix Studio Editor to suit the customers use cases
• Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects
