Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Sourcing Executive to support sourcing operations for multiple celebrity-led brands. The candidate will be responsible for vendor identification, factory visit, supplier negotiations, product development coordination, and market research to ensure seamless procurement, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers (domestic & international)

Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, performance tracking, and compliance

Coordinate sample development, approvals, and production timelines

Conduct detailed market research on product categories, pricing, trends, and competitor offerings

Prepare and present sourcing reports, cost comparisons, and product recommendations

Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure procurement aligns with brand goals

Maintain and update sourcing-related databases and documentation

Monitor supplier lead times, quality checks, and ensure timely delivery of goods

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Apparel Production, or related fields

1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management (preferred in fashion / consumer goods)

Strong research, negotiation, and analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools

Excellent communication and relationship management skills (written and verbal)

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands is highly desirable
