Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. The role involves editing raw footage into polished video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal use. The ideal candidate should be proficient in editing software, have a strong sense of storytelling, and be able to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Editing & Assembling : Select and arrange raw footage into a seamless and engaging sequence.
• Storytelling : Craft compelling narratives using scripts, shot lists, and creative briefs.
• Post-Production Enhancements : Apply audio mixing, color correction, visual effects, and motion graphics to elevate video quality.
• Graphics Integration : Add titles, lower thirds, and graphic elements to enhance clarity and branding.
• Project Management : Organize video assets and manage timelines to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.

Qualifications

Technical Proficiency : Expertise in industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, or DaVinci Resolve. Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects software like Adobe After Effects is often a plus.

Creativity and Storytelling : A keen eye for detail, a creative mind, and strong storytelling abilities to transform raw footage into a captivating narrative.

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Attention to Detail : Meticulous focus on continuity, pacing, and quality to ensure a polished final product.

Problem-Solving : The ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to editing challenges.

Adaptability : The flexibility to adjust to changing project demands and feedback from stakeholders.

Portfolio : A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work is essential to demonstrate skills and creative style.
