Compensation : ₹75,000 per month

TrakTax is an early-stage social impact startup under the Vasudhārā Foundation , building technology that will reach millions of households across India .

Our flagship platform simplifies access to government welfare schemes, documentation, and financial inclusion — helping citizens connect to benefits, save time, and build stronger financial identities.

We are now hiring an experienced Backend Developer to lead architecture, integrations, and logic design across our web and mobile products. This role will serve as the technical backbone of the project — ensuring reliability, scalability, and seamless communication between systems.

Role Description

Architect and maintain a scalable backend infrastructure for high-volume usage.
Build, test, and document RESTful and GraphQL APIs connecting mobile (Flutter) and web (Angular / React) frontends.
Integrate with government and third-party APIs (DigiLocker, UMANG, MyScheme, etc.).
Lead the logic design, optimization, and system structure for all backend modules.
Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams to ensure system-wide efficiency.
Oversee task allocation, DevOps workflows, and version control across developers.

Qualifications

4–8 years of backend experience in MERN or MEAN stack .

Deep knowledge of Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and API architecture .

Hands-on experience with authentication systems , microservices , and cloud environments (AWS / Firebase).

Hands-on experience and good knowledge with React / Angular

Working familiarity with Flutter / Dart to align with mobile integrations.

Strong sense of architecture, logic, and clean system design .

Ability to lead small teams and manage cross-functional technical coordination.

Bonus : Experience in fintech , govtech , or social impact platforms .
