Job description

I’m looking for an experienced Optimization & Growth Specialist to elevate my personal brand, build thought leadership, and drive consistent organic growth on . The ideal candidate has a proven track record of optimizing profiles, crafting high-quality content, and delivering measurable growth results.

Duration : Ongoing (Initial 3-month performance-based engagement)

Key Responsibilities

1. Profile Optimization

  • Design a high-quality custom banner
  • Refresh and enhance profile picture (editing / retouching as needed)
  • Update and optimize headline for clarity, positioning, and discoverability
  • Rewrite and enhance the “About” section for strong personal branding

2. Content Bank (Thought Leadership)

  • Create 12 high-quality, niche-focused posts per month
  • Ensure posts align with my industry, tone, and growth goals
  • Build a consistent narrative that positions me as a thought leader

    • 3. Organic Growth

  • Implement -approved organic strategies to grow relevant, targeted followers
  • Monitor insights to ensure follower quality and relevance

    • 4. Diversified Networking

  • Send connection requests across three key segments :
  • ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
  • Engagers (people who interact with my content)
  • Niche peers and industry-aligned profiles

    • 5. Engagement Growth

  • Actively engage (likes, comments) on relevant posts to expand reach
  • Manage engagement on my posts to sustain momentum and visibility

    • 6. Post Boosting

  • Use ethical tools, tactics, and network strategies to boost likes, comments, and overall visibility
  • Monitor performance and adjust campaigns for optimal results

    • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience managing and growing personal brands on
  • Strong copywriting & storytelling skills
  • Understanding of ’s algorithm, analytics, and growth levers
  • Ability to design compelling visual assets (banner, minor photo edits)
  • Experience in thought-leadership content creation
  • Highly organized and consistent with weekly deliverables
