• Documentation and Business case preparation,
• CBAP or POPM certifications,
• Knowledge on Interfaces and APIs.
• Resources with previous experience working as a BA in an airline for vendor product implementations, strong engineering domain, provide quality documentation and good communication skills.
• Must have worked in Agile methodologies.
• Experienced Senior Business Analyst (BA) with deep domain knowledge of airline engineering and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), to lead and support product implementation initiatives Engineering Department.
• The Senior BA will play a key role in enabling successful product rollouts by aligning product capabilities with business processes, ensuring stakeholder needs are met, and driving adoption across the organization.
