Key Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce operations on platforms such as Shopify and Magento.
• Handle Marketplace Management across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and similar platforms.
• Upload and optimize product listings for better visibility and conversions.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and provide chat support to customers.
• Assist in Social Media Optimization (SMO) - including posting and idea generation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of tasks.
