About the Role
We’re looking for a
Senior Short-Form Video Editor
who can turn raw footage into visually powerful stories. Someone with an exceptional eye for pacing, lighting, stabilisation, and rhythm. You’ll be creating
8–60 second edits
for campaigns, reels, and social content that blend
cinematic storytelling with digital precision .
This role is ideal for editors who think like cinematographers — who don’t just cut, but
craft frames that feel alive .
What You’ll Do
Edit short-form content (ads, reels, teaser videos, social campaigns) with a high-end cinematic touch.
Use advanced techniques like stabilisation, beat-syncing, slow motion, and dynamic lighting corrections.
Sync music and sound design for impact, creating rhythm-based storytelling.
Collaborate with creative teams on visual mood, pacing, and colour direction.
Pick only the most cinematic shots every frame should look intentional.
Ensure final renders meet broadcast and social platform standards (16 : 9, 9 : 16, 1 : 1).
Skills & Requirements
2–4 years of professional experience in
short-form video editing .
Expertise in
Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve(preferred), or Final Cut Pro .
Strong understanding of
stabilisation, lighting, reflections, and visual balance .
Familiar with
cinematography principles
(composition, framing, exposure).
Strong sense of
timing, beat matching, and visual rhythm .
A showreel that demonstrates
high-quality, stable, visually clean edits .
Test Assignment (Mandatory)
Create an
8–20 second short edit
using the footage we provide.
Focus on :
Stabilisation and shot selection
Lighting and reflection balance
Beat-cutting and music sync
Slow motion or motion control for impact
Only include your
best, cleanest shots
quality matters more than length.
