Property Manager

The Property Manager at Willmount will be responsible for the overall operations and guest satisfaction at the resort. The role includes managing daily staff activities, overseeing property maintenance, coordinating with vendors, handling guest issues, ensuring hygiene & safety standards , and maintaining a smooth and efficient operation that aligns with the Willmount brand.

Key Responsibilities : Operations & Property Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including housekeeping, F&B, guest services, and security.
• Ensure upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality of all domes, common areas, and property infrastructure.
• Conduct daily property inspections and take prompt action on maintenance needs.
• Maintain proper coordination between various departments for smooth functioning.
