Foster a culture of technical excellence, mentorship, and operational rigor. 8+ years of engineering management experience leading infrastructure / platform teams. Proven expertise in designing cloud-native distributed systems (e.g., microservices, serverless Deep familiarity with video technology : codecs (HEVC, AV1), streaming protocols (HLS, CMAF), Design and developed video media solutions using video processing tools and frameworks Experience collaborating with product teams to deliver user-centric infrastructure solutions. Passion for media technology and staying ahead of trends (e.g., 8K, AI-driven workflows).
