2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM IST
Working Days : 5.5 days per week
About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accountant / Bookkeeper
to join our growing finance team. This is a great opportunity to work with

Key Responsibilities :
Maintain
accurate bookkeeping
and general ledger records.
Perform
bank reconciliations ,
debtor reconciliations , and
vendor reconciliations
with precision.
Manage
month-end closing activities , including
accruals, prepayments, and deferred income .
Handle
Accounts Payable
– process and verify invoices, match expenses with agreements, track supplier refunds, and follow up on pending invoices.
Manage
Accounts Receivable
– record customer payments, maintain receipts and refund records.
Review and validate all accounting entries and reports before submission or finalization.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous
process improvement
within accounting workflows.
Gain hands-on experience in
VAT
and international accounting standards.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 4 + years of professional accounting experience .
Working knowledge of
Xero
accounting software (preferred).
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel .
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills .
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
