We’re seeking a HR Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem—empowering a global workforce of data, analytics, and IT professionals. You will champion human-centered product thinking to enhance recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, performance, and employee development across a rapidly scaling technology environment.
This leadership role blends People Ops expertise, product strategy, and data-driven decision-making to deliver intuitive tools and experiences that help every employee thrive.

What You’ll Do
Product Leadership & Strategy
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for HR tech products supporting a data- and analytics-driven workforce.
- Build scalable solutions that support global teams, high-volume recruiting, and complex project-based staffing needs.
- Use data insights and employee feedback to continuously improve HR products and processes.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Partner with HR, Data, Engineering, DEI, and business leaders to align product strategy with organizational goals.Lead cross-functional squads and provide coaching on product best practices within the People Technology team.Ensure inclusive design principles are applied across all HR systems and workflows.Execution & Delivery
Conduct discovery sessions, user research, and workflow mapping to understand diverse employee and manager needs.Convert insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria.Manage vendor relationships, integrations, and platform enhancements across HRIS and talent systems.Data & Innovation
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics that evaluate experience, efficiency gains, and workforce outcomes.Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and self-service to improve the employee experience.Stay current on emerging HR tech trends within IT services, consulting, and analytics industries.What We’re Looking For
Good experience in Product Management, HR Technology, People Ops , or HRIS leadership .Background working in IT services, consulting, data & analytics, or technology environments preferred.Deep understanding of HR domains : recruiting, onboarding, performance, talent management, and workforce analytics.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and strategic decisions.Experience managing HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, UKG, etc.) or building internal HR tools.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with empathy, collaboration, and inclusive communication.Commitment to building equitable, accessible, and bias-aware HR products.Our Commitment to Inclusion
