Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized MBA graduate or a commerce graduate with honours from a reputed university to join our team as an Accounting Executive. The resource will be working for our global customer as well.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in book-keeping and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day book-keeping activities
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions on Excel.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with basic financial policies and procedures.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
