Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) roles or related fields. Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or COBIT. Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to GRC such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SOX. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate compliance issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
We are seeking a GRC Associate Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across our organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can assist in identifying risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
- Support risk assessments and audits to identify potential risks and compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding GRC initiatives.
- Maintain documentation related to GRC processes and controls.
