Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Corporate Counsellor – Psychology & Employee Wellbeing located in Bengaluru. The Senior Corporate Counsellor will be responsible for developing and implementing employee wellbeing initiatives, providing psychological counseling to employees, conducting workshops and training sessions, and fostering a positive work environment. They will also collaborate with HR and management to address employee concerns and improve overall mental health and wellbeing.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned

Corporate Counsellor

with a strong background in

Psychology

and

Employee Wellbeing

to support our group companies in creating a mentally healthy, positive, and high-performing workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience, empathy, and professionalism to help employees manage work-related and personal challenges, strengthen team dynamics, and enhance overall organizational wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct confidential

one-on-one counselling sessions

addressing stress, anxiety, work-life balance, and interpersonal challenges.

Develop and implement

mental health and wellbeing programs

across multiple company locations in Bangalore.

Facilitate

group sessions, workshops, and awareness programs

on emotional intelligence, stress management, resilience, and conflict resolution.

Partner with

HR and senior leadership

to integrate psychological insights into engagement and wellbeing strategies.

Maintain strict

confidentiality and ethical standards

in all counselling activities.

Identify early signs of

burnout, disengagement, or conflict

, and provide timely interventions.

Create

reports and feedback mechanisms

to evaluate program effectiveness.

Support HR in developing and updating

employee wellbeing and mental health policies

Travel within Bangalore to ensure consistent presence and support across all group offices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Master’s Degree (or higher) in

Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology

Minimum

15 years of counselling experience

, with at least

5 years in a corporate or organizational setting

Strong understanding of

corporate culture

, employee behavior, and workplace stress management.

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

with the ability to build trust and rapport.

Fluency in

English and Hindi

, with proficiency in a

South Indian language

(Kannada preferred).

Strong

organizational and documentation skills

with high standards of confidentiality.

Willingness to

travel within Bangalore

to multiple office locations.
