Technical Writer ( Presales)

We are seeking a Technical Writer (Presales) to create clear and detailed technical documentation for a diverse range of audiences. You will be responsible for writing user manuals, API documentation, and release notes, as well as structuring content to make it easy for users to find the information they need. This role requires experience with RFP / Presales and a strong understanding of documentation tools to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company style guides.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Documentation Creation : Write clear and detailed user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and release notes.
• Content Structuring : Organize and structure documentation content to make it easy for various users to find and understand the information they need.
• Collaboration & Feedback : Work closely with subject matter experts like developers and product managers to gather technical information. Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve documentation quality.
• Editing & Proofreading : Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company style guides.
• Continuous Improvement : Continuously update and improve documentation as new features are released.
• Tool Management : Select and manage the appropriate documentation tools and ensure proper formatting and version control.
• Audience Tailoring : Tailor documentation for various audiences, including developers, system administrators, and end-users.
• Training Material : Create training manuals, guides, and materials to support internal and external user education.
