Full Stack Engineer

We’re a fast-moving travel-tech startup founded by IIT Bombay alumni that is redefining how travelers discover and book authentic local travel experiences.

We’re building a platform to enable Hotels, Airbnb, and Homestays hosts to offer tours, activities, and cabs directly to their guests. ✨ Imagine scanning a QR code in your room and unlocking curated, host-backed experiences instantly, that’s Nomora.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Full-Stack SDE to join us for a full-time role to help us grow and scale our product. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, build, and scale real systems from scratch. You’ll get to work in a high-trust, high-speed environment, where the focus is simple : build, ship, learn, and repeat.

Tech Stack

Currently : Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js

Databases : PostgreSQL + MongoDB

Open to candidates with Java / Python backend experience - we value strong fundamentals over specific frameworks

Eligibility

We’re looking for people who love to build fast and learn faster. You might be a great fit if you have :

0-2 YOE

☀️ At least ONE paid internship with backend work

2+ full-stack projects you built end-to-end ( GitHub + live links )

Comfortable writing REST APIs and working with databases

⚡ Available to join within 2 weeks

B-Tech [Engineering background only]

❌ This role may not be the best fit if :

Your full-stack projects are primarily UI + basic auth (without real backend, APIs, schemas, logic)

Your backend work is mostly : file uploads, AI API wrappers or utility builds

Your focus is data science / ML (predictive algorithms, model training, etc.)

You prefer deep specialization over end-to-end ownership

You're new to backend or primarily frontend-focused
