Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic / Motion Designer (Social & Ad Creatives). The Graphic / Motion Designer will be responsible for creating engaging motion designs and graphics, producing videos, developing animations, and storyboarding. The role involves designing ad creatives, social media content, and other visual assets to support marketing campaigns.

About the role

We’re seeking a Graphic / Motion Designer who can bring ideas to life visually — crafting scroll-stopping content for social media and high-converting creatives for ad campaigns.

You’ll work alongside our creative strategist and performance team to produce visually consistent, brand-aligned content for multiple D2C clients.

Responsibilities

Design static and motion creatives for Meta & Google Ads, Reels, and landing pages.

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to visualize campaign concepts.

Ensure consistency with brand identity across formats.

Repurpose content into different ratios (1 : 1, 9 : 16, 16 : 9) optimized for each platform.

Stay up to date with creative and motion trends on Instagram & TikTok.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in digital design or motion graphics.

Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and CapCut (or equivalent).

Understanding of ad creative principles (hook, value prop, CTA).

Bonus : Video editing or sound design skills.

Strong sense of color, layout, and brand storytelling.
