Procurement Engineer

We are hiring for an energetic Engineer / Senior Engineer - Procurement.

Education Qualification : BE / ME in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Procurement / Purchase in EPC Sector and Strong knowledge in MS Office, SAP MM Module.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner or 1 month notice period

• Preparation of procurement schedule based on project L2 Schedule.
• Preparation of project specific SCC & GCC
• Receiving PR
• Selection of venders
• Floating enquires
• Collection of comprehensive offers.
• Forwarding tech offers to Engineering team for evaluation and getting TER
• commercial evaluation
• Negotiation with vendors for price and other commercial terms & conditions including delivery terms and schedule.
• Preparing the Purchase Proposal and obtaining Management Approval.
• Issue of LOI / PO
• Evaluation of risk and mitigation
• Securing after sales service.
• Ability to manager tasks and prioritize effectively.
