Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Sales Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with business strategy, communicating ideas effectively, and taking ownership of meaningful tasks that contribute to the company’s growth.

As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our business development, marketing, and sales operations. You will assist in drafting proposals and legal documents, preparing impactful business presentations, conducting market research, and helping to shape Rasta. Ai’s communication strategy with potential clients and partners.

Key Roles and Responsibility :

1. Proposal & Documentation Drafting : Assist in preparing and formatting business proposals, tenders, MoUs, and legal documentation for company projects and collaborations.

2. Business Presentations : Create impactful and visually appealing presentations for clients, stakeholders, and internal discussions.

3. Client Communication & Follow-ups : Conduct regular calls with clients, prospects, and partners to introduce company offerings, collect feedback, and ensure consistent follow-ups on proposals and business leads.

4.  Sales Support : Assist the sales team in lead generation, client database management, and performance tracking.

5. Market Research : Conduct competitive analysis and gather insights into market trends, opportunities, and target customer segments.

6.  Marketing Coordination : Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, social media activities, and branding efforts.

7. Internal Collaboration : Work closely with various departments including Technology, Design, and HR to ensure smooth coordination of business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualification :

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident on calls and in meetings.

2. Strong drafting skills for business documents, proposals, and legal agreements.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in creating polished business presentations.

4. Basic understanding of sales processes, marketing funnels, and client engagement techniques.

5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

6. Educational background in MBA / BBA / Marketing / Law / Journalism / Mass Communication or related fields preferred.

7. Enthusiastic, professional, and proactive attitude with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
