Role : Consultative Sales Associate (a.k.a. Counsellor)

Location : Hyderabad

We are a rapidly growing organization that is dynamic and young. Needless to say, Business Development & Sales are critical factors in our growth. As a BD associate, you are expected to own the entire sales cycle, right from educating customers who don’t know about Gradvine to helping them understand our different service offerings through our free consultation calls to closing sales. You will be expected to sell over the phone and in person and convince potential customers why Gradvine is the best thing for them to take their careers to the next level. Hustle is the name of the game, and you will find yourself talking to customers from over 19 countries (and possibly more) every day, understanding their needs, and helping them find their ideal mentor.

You are a great fit if you have :

  • Ideally, an Engineer with an understanding of what each of the engineering disciplines teach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially verbal communication.
  • Assertive and confident seller with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales on free

consultation calls with customers.

  • Ability to build relationships with customers and educational institutions that host our customers.
  • Gather feedback from current customers and ensure incorporation of the same through the operations team.
  • Be a team player and coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Good to have 2+ years of experience in direct B2C sales within the education / study abroad industry(not a requirement).
