Job Summary :

As the Senior Product Manager at Phenom People, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and launch of our candidate experience product.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that aligns with our company's vision and goals.

What You'll Do :

• Conduct market research and gather insights to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate proficiency in working with AI products.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the candidate experience.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the product.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members to foster their growth and development.
• Min of 4 years of SaaS product management experience.
