About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (AI / ML) to join our dynamic and fast-paced Foundational Platforms Engineering (FPE) team. Our mission is to build and scale world-class, cloud-native platforms that enable data-driven decision-making and intelligent automation .

In this role, you’ll drive AI-driven innovation , working on cutting-edge advancements in analytics , automation , and machine learning at cloud scale.

Who You Are

You’re an experienced AI / ML engineer passionate about leveraging technology to drive automation, efficiency, and business transformation. You bring strong expertise in Databricks , AWS cloud services , and end-to-end ML model development and deployment .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines ensuring production reliability and scalability.
• Implement testing, validation, and model versioning frameworks for ML systems.
• Build and optimize production-grade ML and NLP models .
• Develop custom NLP solutions for text analysis and processing.
• Create automated evaluation and optimization pipelines for ML models.
• Manage ML infrastructure and deployments on Databricks .
• Ensure cost optimization , security , and compliance across ML operations.
• Promote AI adoption and drive cross-team collaboration to identify automation opportunities.
