Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, and Integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and maintaining Siebel CRM modules for telecom-based applications, ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and scalability across business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and customize Siebel CRM modules such as :
• Account & Contact Management
• Assistant Agent / Billing Care
• Partner Relationship Management (PRM) / Dealer Management
• Workforce Management
• Field Service
• Develop Siebel CRM Scripting and Open UI components.
• Implement and maintain CRM Order Management and EAI integrations .
• Design and enhance Siebel BI Publisher Reports .
• Collaborate with business analysts and integration teams to define requirements and deliver optimized CRM solutions.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and system debugging for Siebel applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration management, error handling, and system security.
• Participate in RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery) implementations (Preferred).
• Document technical design, configuration steps, and user guides.
