Role Overview
We are seeking a
Record to Report (RTR)
with strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and stakeholder management. The role involves managing a team, driving process excellence, ensuring compliance, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely financial results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
Record to Report (RTR)
function including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
Ensure
accurate accounting, reconciliations, and reporting
in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Manage and review
journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting .
Drive
process improvements, standardization, and automation
initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support audits, compliance, and financial analysis requirements.
Monitor and ensure adherence to
SLAs, KPIs, and control frameworks .
Provide guidance, training, and performance management for the RTR team.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
R2R / RTR processes
including GL, closing & reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
Solid understanding of
accounting standards (IFRS / US GAAP / IND AS) .
Proficiency in
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Education : Chartered Accountant
Experience : 10–14 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in R2R / RTR and team leadership.
Prior exposure to
shared services / global finance operations
is highly desirable.
