Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT / Software domain
• Strong SQL knowledge (joins, subqueries, stored procedures, performance tuning basics)
• Good understanding of relational databases (Snowflake / MySQL / SQL Server / PostgreSQL etc.)
• Proficiency in documentation tools : MS Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, JIRA
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
