Role Overview We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee multiple client projects and technical teams across geographies. This person will play a key leadership role in ensuring project delivery excellence while freeing up senior leadership to focus on strategic growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who thrives on mentoring developers, coordinating teams, engaging directly with clients, and balancing multiple priorities. You’ll serve as the bridge between business strategy and engineering execution — ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction stay on track.

Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple engineering teams across concurrent client projects

Serve as the primary technical and delivery lead for select accounts, interfacing directly with clients

Conduct regular code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce development best practices

Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on solution design and technical direction

Track progress across initiatives, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve delivery challenges

Work closely with leadership to plan team capacity, allocate resources, and identify process improvements

Support estimation, proposals, and technical documentation for new initiatives

Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and excellence across the engineering organization

Qualifications 8+ years of total software development experience, including at least 3 years in technical leadership or management roles

Expert-level experience with low-code platforms , particularly Mendix (Mendix Advanced or Expert certification preferred)

Strong background in traditional full-stack development (Java, .NET, JavaScript frameworks, APIs, etc.)

Proven experience leading remote teams and managing multiple concurrent projects

Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and project oversight

Comfortable working flexible hours to align with US-based clients
