Real Estate Manager (Urgent Search)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Channel Partner Sourcing and Closing to drive residential sales transactions in the East and South Pune micro-markets like Hadapsar , Mundhwa and Dhanori. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing, excellent channel partner relationships, local market knowledge, and a proven track record of converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to drive consistent lead flow and sales conversions.
• Manage the entire sales process from sourcing to closure, including client engagement, site visits, negotiations, documentation, and handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, clients, and developers.
• Drive conversion of sourced leads into bookings while ensuring a superior client experience.
• Conduct product trainings and regular engagement activities with channel partners to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, operations) to ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Track and report sales and sourcing performance metrics against targets.
• Stay updated on local market trends, competing projects, channel partner networks, and pricing dynamics.
