Job descriptionExperience : Minimum 4 years in IT / Tech recruitment, including direct interaction with clients and hiring managers. Sourcing Expertise : Strong proficiency in sourcing tools such as Naukri, , and ATS platforms. Technical Skills : Solid command of Excel with strong data management capabilities. Soft Skills : Exceptional communication, time management, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Responsibilities -
- End-to-end recruitment : Manage the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
- Technical understanding : Apply a strong understanding of technical roles, keywords, and the IT landscape to accurately match candidates to job requirements.
- Candidate sourcing : Proactively source candidates using various tools and platforms, including Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Stakeholder collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
