Job descriptionCreate comprehensive Use Cases, User Stories, SRS / BRDs. Design workflow diagrams, process maps, and data flow diagrams to visualize Conduct functional, API, and integration testing for system validation. Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze data and support decision-making. Use MS Excel to build reports, perform analysis, and summarize insights. Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth project Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements. Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups. Prepare user manuals, training materials, and support UAT activities. Maintain proper documentation for audits and knowledge sharing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, confident, positive, and self-driven. Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and problem-solving. Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, trends, and provide actionable insights Proven expertise in Business Analysis, with experience in developing effective strategies and solutions Excellent Communication skills to ensure clarity and collaboration between teams and stakeholders In-depth knowledge of Business Processes and ability to identify areas for improvement Experience in gathering and defining Business Requirements for technology solutions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in the Retail, Digital Media, or Advertisement industries is a plus
