A Fusion SCM PDH role ( Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management Product Data Hub ) involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, focusing on master data (products, items) within SCM, bridging business needs with technical solutions, leading workshops, designing solutions for Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and Planning, and working with technical teams for integrations, requiring strong SCM / ERP skills, client interaction, and experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implementation & Support : Lead full-cycle implementations (design, config, test, cutover, hypercare) for Fusion SCM modules.
- Business Analysis : Understand business processes, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map them to Fusion SCM best practices.
- Configuration : Configure modules like Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Planning, and critically, Product Data Hub (PDH) .
- Documentation : Create functional designs (BRDs, solution docs, test scripts, user guides).
- Collaboration : Work with technical teams (integrations, data migration, reporting) and business stakeholders.
- Client Interaction : Present solutions, lead workshops, build rapport, and sometimes support pre-sales.
- Mentorship : Guide junior consultants and ensure quality delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 7+ years in Oracle SCM / Fusion SCM functional consulting.Technical : Expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Inventory, OM, Procurement, Planning, PDH ).Methodology : Apply Oracle methodology and industry best practices.Soft Skills : Strong communication, client handling, problem-solving, and leadership.Education : Bachelor's degreeRole Focus (PDH) :
