Real Estate Development Planner

We are looking for an experienced Project Planning Manager to join our client, a leading Real Estate Developer.

The Planning Manager will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling the master project schedule and ensuring that all project activities align with planned timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The role involves coordinating across design, procurement, construction, and contracts teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Project Management / Construction Management preferred).
• 7-8 years of experience in project planning, preferably in large-scale real estate / township / infrastructure projects.
• Strong command of project management software : Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based tracking tools.
• Experience in multi-phase project scheduling, resource management, and progress reporting.
• Familiarity with construction processes, design coordination, and contract administration.
