Role : Lead Engineer .NET Full Stack

Experience : 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on ASP.NET

WebForms and VB.NET or C#. Proficiency in front-end development using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in ASP.NET WebForms,

JavaScript, VB.NET, C#, and SQL Server . This role involves designing, developing, and

maintaining web applications and backend systems that support our business needs. The ideal

candidate has experience working across the full stack, a passion for writing clean and

maintainable code, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Application Development (40%) :

○ Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET WebForms and

VB.NET or C#.

○ Implement front-end features using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to create

user-friendly interfaces.

○ Develop and optimize SQL Server database schemas, stored procedures, and

Queries.

  • System Integration (20%) :
  • ○ Integrate front-end components with backend systems to ensure seamless data

    flow and functionality.

    ○ Build APIs and services for internal and external system integrations.

    ○ Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack.

  • Code Quality & Maintenance (15%) :
  • ○ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and

    best practices.

    ○ Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.

    ○ Maintain legacy applications while planning and implementing modernization

    Strategies.

  • Performance & Optimization (15%) :
  • ○ Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure responsiveness and

    scalability.

    ○ Identify and address bottlenecks in the application architecture.

    ○ Implement secure coding practices to protect data and ensure compliance with

    security standards.

  • Collaboration (10%) :
  • ○ Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather

    requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

    ○ Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and

    Retrospectives.

    Qualifications :
  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related

    field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience :
  • ○ 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on ASP.NET

    WebForms and VB.NET or C#.

    ○ Proficiency in front-end development using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

    ○ Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design and query

    Optimization.

  • Technical Skills :
  • ○ Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design

    patterns.

    ○ Experience with version control systems such as Git.

    ○ Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for both client-side and

    server-side issues.

    Preferred Skills :

  • Experience migrating or modernizing legacy applications.
  • Familiarity with other front-end frameworks or libraries, such as jQuery or Bootstrap.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and deployment practices.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
