Account Ownership & Growth : Take full responsibility for key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Client Engagement & Relationship Management : Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Planning & Forecasting : Develop sales strategies and forecasts aligned with business goals and market trends.Operational Coordination : Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, service quality, and operational efficiency.Commercial Management : Oversee pricing, contract terms, and payment follow-ups to ensure financial health of accounts.Reporting & CRM Discipline : Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular reports on account performance and pipeline.Check Your Resume for Match
