OwlCraft is looking for a highly driven Growth & Lead Acquisition Specialist who can find, attract, and acquire clients for our Web, Mobile App, SaaS, and AI development services.
If you can generate leads, do marketing, run outreach, book meetings, and close deals , this role is for you.
💼 Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold email, Upwork, and online communities
- Research and identify businesses needing Websites, Apps, SaaS platforms, or AI Automation
- Reach out to founders, CEOs, agencies, and startups
- Book meetings and demos for the founding team
- Create proposals and support in closing clients
- Build outbound campaigns and growth strategies
- Manage CRM and report weekly pipeline and results
🎯 Requirements
1–3 years experience in IT Services Sales / Lead Generation / B2B GrowthProven success in bringing clients for web / app / AI developmentStrong English communication & negotiation skillsExperience in LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and Upwork biddingSelf-motivated, target-driven, and proactive💰 Compensation
Base : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000Commission : 5–15% per project closedMonthly bonuses for hitting targets🌍 Location
