Product Analyst - II

Qualifications : bachelors or masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in AI, e-commerce, retail, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or equivalent analytical tools.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of A / B testing and customer segmentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
• Experience mentoring or leading teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with product management frameworks and understanding of software development processes is a plus
• Ability to distill complex datasets into actionable insights and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and analytical rigor.

Preferred Skills :

• Knowledge of recommendation systems, NLP, and conversational AI applications is a plus
• Prefer someone who is ready to vibe code to build POC
