Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Respond to customer queries related to products, services, orders, or accounts.
- Provide real-time solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Log interactions accurately in CRM tools or internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team or supervisor.
- Meet defined service metrics such as response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company guidelines for data protection.
Eligibility Criteria :
Education : Any graduate (B.A, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, etc.).Experience : Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in customer service / BPO.Communication Skills :Fluent spoken English with a neutral or global accent.Good written English for documentation and basic email / chat interactions.Required Skills :
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, internet usage).Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.Skills Required
