Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new agents / financial advisors through market mapping and recruitment channels
- Build and maintain strong networks and relationships with agents
- Train and develop agents to achieve motor insurance business targets
- Drive business generation through newly recruited and active financial advisors
- Ensure consistent performance and activation of agents to meet monthly and yearly goals
