Job descriptionIdentify critical challenges and architect elegant solutions Bridge technical and business stakeholders with exceptional communication Tackle both ML and non-ML engineering challenges Join a high-caliber team valuing technical excellence and startup spirit Prioritize learning and long-term career trajectory Embrace significant upside potential in a fast-moving startup Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field Ph.D. or equivalent experience is a plus Deployed AI models in real-world production applications Instruction fine-tuning and prompt engineering for domain-specific LLMs Built retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines LLM inference optimization (e.g., vLLM) Cloud deployment and scaling of AI / ML systems LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) LangGraph, GPU / TPU provisioning, Kubernetes / MLOps Context management (chunking, summarization, sliding windows) AI-assisted coding tools and code generation challenges Model monitoring and MLOps workflows Core : Expert Python, PyTorch Backend : Flask, FastAPI, Django for APIs and services DevOps : Docker, Kubernetes, AWS / Azure / GCP Plus : JavaScript / TypeScript, React / Angular / Vue.js, Node.js, SQL / NoSQL, REST / GraphQL APIs Research papers in AI / ML venues or impactful technical blog posts Active open-source contributions, Kaggle competitions Prior startup experience in fast-paced environments

As a Founding AI / ML Engineer, you'll :

- Build our technical foundation with entrepreneurial autonomy
- Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards
- Drive product direction, architecture, and company culture
Innovate & Deliver
Grow & Build
What You'll Do
Research : Stay ahead of LLMs, VLMs, and GenAI advances, translating cutting-edge research into practical chip design solutions
Engineering : Own the full ML lifecycle—data processing, model architecture, training, evaluation, and MLOps. Design and maintain production LLM applications
Collaboration : Partner with product engineers, designers, and data scientists to build AI solutions that transform chip design workflows
Communication : Effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
