Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SSIS & SQL Developer with extensive experience in database solutions and ETL development to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and database objects to support business intelligence, reporting, and data migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality database solutions using MSSQL and SSIS.
Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures, functions, and scripts using T-SQL and other procedural languages (PL / SQL knowledge is a plus).
Build and manage ETL processes with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load data efficiently and accurately.
Analyze and tune existing SQL queries and procedures to improve performance and reliability.
Develop data migration procedures and scripts to support system upgrades and data integration efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, analysts, and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Monitor scheduled jobs and ensure timely delivery of management reports and dashboards.
Participate in code reviews, best practices documentation, and knowledge sharing sessions.
Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for database and ETL-related issues.
Stay updated with new technologies and tools in data processing and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Azure Data Factory is an advantage.

Qualifications :

8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and T-SQL.

Strong knowledge of relational databases and procedural languages such as T-SQL and PL / SQL.

Proven experience designing and developing ETL solutions using SSIS.

Expertise in query performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Experience with data migration and transformation processes.

Familiarity with cloud data services such as Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or similar is a plus.

Solid understanding of database design, indexing, and security best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
