Job description

Job Title : Java Developer

YOE : 4+ yrs only (full-time)

Location : Bengaluru, on-site

Notice Period : IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

Employment Type : Full-time with Recro (you’ll be working on one of our projects)

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, scale, and maintain applications
Contribute to product architecture and roadmap
Ensure high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code
Mentor junior engineers and lead by example

Requirements :

4+ years of software development experience in Java

Strong in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate

Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms

Experience with MySQL (mandatory); Redis / MongoDB (added advantage)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

B.Tech from IIT or B.E. in Computer Science from a top NIT / REC

Self-motivated with a passion for building scalable systems
