Product Leader

Total CollectR is on a mission to revolutionize the debt collection industry using AI-driven automation, customer-centric design, and scalable digital experiences. As a Product Owner , you will play a pivotal role in defining, shaping, and delivering product outcomes that drive measurable impact for both customers and the business.

This role is designed for leaders who combine customer insight, technical understanding, and process excellence to deliver results. Reports To : Product Manager

What You’ll Do

• Own one or more product modules from concept to launch .
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
• Prioritize features and requirements based on customer value, business outcomes, and technical constraints.
• Partner with UX to optimize user flows, usability, and adoption.
• Drive roadmap execution , working closely with your dedicated technical team to ensure timely delivery.
• Work directly with senior leadership to ensure alignment of customer needs, product vision, and business strategy.
• Leverage business insight, customer feedback loops, and modern tools (including AI) to inform product design and iteration.
• Be the force of clarity — making sure the why , what , and how of product decisions are well understood across stakeholders.
