Job descriptionDesign logical and physical database structures aligned with business and application requirements. Review, optimize, and refactor existing database schemas to improve performance, normalization, and scalability. Define standards for data modeling, indexing, query optimization, and storage strategies. Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS services, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency. Provide hands-on guidance on services such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM. Work closely with DevOps teams on CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (ECS / EKS). Act as the technical point of contact for customers, driving technical discussions and solution walkthroughs. Translate client requirements into technical strategies and actionable engineering tasks. Present architecture recommendations, POCs, and design decisions in a clear and professional manner. Guide engineering teams, conduct code / architecture reviews, and mentor developers. Ensure adherence to architecture best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks. Strong hands-on expertise in Golang and backend architecture. Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native design principles. Proven experience in database design , schema modeling, and performance tuning. Excellent logical reasoning, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. Strong customer communication skills with a track record of managing stakeholders. Ability to understand complex legacy systems and propose modern architecture solutions. 8โ14 years of experience in backend development, cloud architecture, or technical leadership (adjust as needed).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable systems, analyzing existing architectures, and delivering robust, cloud-native solutions. This role requires exceptional technical depth, strong logical reasoning, and the ability to work closely with customers and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective engineering solutions.

- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Golang on AWS.
- Analyze existing application and database architectures to identify improvement opportunities and propose optimized solutions.
- Create architectural blueprints, technical roadmaps, and solution frameworks for new and existing projects.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
