Job Title : Manual Tester

Experience : 1–3 Years (Relevant experience in Manual Testing is mandatory)

Work Mode : Work From Office (WFO)

Location : Mumbai – Belapur

Working Days : Alternate Saturday working

Budget : Up to 7 LPA

Domain Requirement

• Loan and Deposit – Core Banking Domain experience is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data.

Perform manual testing for Loan and Deposit modules within core banking applications.

Execute functional, integration, regression, and system testing as per project needs.

Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools, ensuring timely closure.

Work closely with developers, BA, and product teams for issue resolution.

Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, and test execution cycles.

Ensure compliance with testing standards and maintain proper documentation.

Support UAT and provide production validation when required.

Report daily / weekly status to the Test Lead / Project Manager.

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in Manual Testing

Core banking domain knowledge, specifically in Loan and Deposit modules

Understanding of SDLC & STLC

Good knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools

Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and documentation skills
