Job descriptionM.Tech / M.E / M.Sc in Electronics or Communications B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc in Electronics or Communications with a Diploma in Management (preferably in Project Management) Strong communicator in English (written and verbal) Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking Familiar with digital tools and basic tech coordination Willing to travel with the CEO as needed
We’re Hiring : Executive Assistant to CEO & Technology Coordinator
Location : Onsite at IIT Tirupati Navavishkar I-Hub Foundation (IITTNiF)
Salary : ₹25,000–₹40,000 / month
Experience : 2+ years desirable but not essential
IITTNiF is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy professional to support our CEO and coordinate technology-related initiatives. This is a unique dual-role opportunity to work at the intersection of leadership support and innovation management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide executive assistance to the CEO : scheduling, travel coordination, communication, and documentation
- Coordinate technology-related activities and digital workflows across departments
- Support meetings, workshops, and institutional visits
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for project coordination
