Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Mobile, QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using Rust, Kotlin, Python, or Node.js.
• Lead the architecture and design of new backend features and infrastructure improvements.
• Integrate with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and manage distributed, cloud-native applications.
• Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and other developer productivity aids to enhance coding efficiency and reduce time to delivery.
• Contribute to performance tuning, optimization, and system reliability efforts.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring of junior team members.
• Ensure best practices around security, testing, CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
• Proactively identify tech debt and propose technical innovations for long-term scalability and maintainability.
