Oracle CPQ Developer

Description : About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Oracle CPQ Developer to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions, including integration with other enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP.

As a key contributor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales operations, product management, and IT to implement robust quoting, pricing, and configuration solutions that improve the overall sales lifecycle and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
• Hands-on development using BML (BigMachines Language) and BMQL to customize behavior and data access in the CPQ environment.
• Configure Commerce processes including steps, actions, transitions, data tables, data columns, approvals, and email templates.
• Implement Product Configuration Models including rules (constraint rules, recommended items, hiding / showing logic), BOM mapping, and system configurations.
• Customize UI and output templates using XSL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where necessary.
• Build and maintain custom proposal formats, quote templates, and document generation logic.
• Manage Data Tables, perform Bulk Data Uploads, and ensure File Manager organization is in sync with the development lifecycle.
• Develop and support integrations between CPQ and external systems such as Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle ERP, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
• Leverage CPQs native integration tools and REST / SOAP APIs for real-time data exchange.
• Create and maintain FTP configurations, workflows, and scheduled jobs as per system requirements.
• Manage code migration across environments using CPQ migration tools and best practices.
• Follow version control and release processes using tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Rally.
• Work closely with QA to support testing and defect resolution in different environments.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into CPQ solution designs.
• Create and maintain documentation including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to ensure smooth delivery of CPQ capabilities aligned with business goals.
