• Provided L1 / L2 support for ETL and data integration activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborated with vendor teams (IICS, AWS) for Linux / Unix environment setup and asset validation through testing.
• Optimized workflows and developed new data flows in IICS to enhance performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Implemented secure SFTP file transfers using IICS Command tasks, ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Created and tested mappings to validate data exchange functionality and supported documentation reviews with stakeholders.
