Alfresco Architect - Record Management

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide hands-on engineering leadership and solution architecture expertise in the Documents and Records Management domain, implementing solutions using Alfresco.
• Lead and facilitate technical discussions, ensuring engineering best practices, standards, and design decisions align with Swiss Res Enterprise Architecture, IT governance, and technical standards.
• Define the target solution architecture and deliver clear technical recommendations to build a global, scalable, and compliant document and records management platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with over 250+ existing systems.
• Conduct vendor and technology assessments, evaluate proposals, and partner with core internal teams and external providers to deliver high-value business solutions.
• Ensure the solution meets both functional and non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, and You (Qualifications & Skills) :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and managing Records Management solutions, with at least one successful implementation using Alfresco.
• Strong expertise in API integrations, microservices architecture, and full-stack development.
• Proficient in Azure technologies certification as an Azure Solution Architect is highly preferred.
• Solid experience in Angular, C#, JavaScript, and .NET Core.
• Proficient in English both verbal and written communication.
• Expert-level experience with Alfresco Development Framework (ADF) is a major plus.
• Prior experience with Documentum is to Have :
• Functional knowledge or hands-on experience in Documents and Records Management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, containerization, and microservice architecture.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies or environments.
