About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Studio Artist who is experienced in multiple adapts and performance-driven creative production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Photoshop and studio workflows, with the ability to adapt creatives across formats for performance marketing platforms while maintaining high-quality visual output.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the design, performance and creative teams to understand campaign goals and adapt creatives for multiple placements and formats (static, GIFs, video frames, display ads, etc.)

Produce high-quality performance adapts optimized for platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.

Review and enhance photos and graphics using industry-standard tools with pixel-perfect accuracy

Ensure brand consistency across various creative versions, sizes and campaigns

Maintain production accuracy for high-volume adapt cycles

Follow workflow and timelines to ensure fast turnaround and on-time delivery

Collaborate with designers, art directors and performance teams to test and optimize creatives

Prepare final press-ready / digital-ready files based on supplied specifications

Perform image retouching, color correction, clipping paths and file mastering

Preflight and package files for release to platforms, printers or media partners

Maintain a clean and organized archive of files for easy referencing

Troubleshoot technical issues during production and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience working as a Studio Artist / Studio Operator / Performance Adapts Specialist

Strong understanding of performance marketing formats, spec requirements, and optimization best practices

Ability to manage high-speed, high-accuracy creative adapts

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
